FIONA’S STORY
Fiona is co-owned with her breeders, Sally Simmonds and Maggie Mott of the Kamgaard Norwegian Elkhounds. After gaining her title in the US, Fiona left their former home in the Catskills Mountains, New York State and flew over to the UK, joining us during the pandemic, where she lives with her cousin, Layla. They are both the grandchildren of our Kobi.
Taking just a few months to settle in to British life, her first show was Houndshow 2021, where she won the RCC under Diana Spavin. The same year, she also was awarded the RCC at the NECGB Ch Show under Will Croxford.
In 2023, Fiona had a litter of 6 puppies, from which we kept our new star, Erik.
